Our first culinary excursion took us up the mountain to picturesque Windham (it was dark so really it’s hard to tell, but the lights were nice) to the Millrock Café.  All eight of our “members” were in attendance, i.e. the Monteverds, the Teators, the Adams, the Karnes.
    The up side – great food, decent prices and wonderful service.  A very nice atmosphere.  Superb sautéed radicchio (that’s what I remember).
    The down side – they don’t take reservations and I must admit we were all aghast that there was no bar to wait at.  Not that we like to imbibe or anything...
