- Prospect Restaurant at Scribner Hollow
4.44 - 6, 6, 5, 4.5, 4, 4, 3, 3
The Teators gave us rise... by leading us up to Hunter
Mountain to the restaurant at
Scribner Hollow. It was another nice
evening for a ride (we seem to have been very fortunate in that regard to date)
and the eight of us gathered around a large round table with a fantastic view of
Hunter Mountain
The
up side – As always, the company is second to none.
Food was good and we took a short walk after dinner down into the
“hollow” of the resort to the pool area, which is designed to look like a
cavern. Too bad we didn’t have our
suits (I know this will be another opportunity to let your minds go into the
gutter, for once, try to fight the urge!!!).
The down side – Service was just o.k. as I recall
but, fortunately, it doesn’t make a whole lot of difference when we’re
together (I hope that doesn’t sound too sappy!).
